In the event when you are dissatified with our product/s, you may return the yogurt maker (including the jar and lid), any unopened yogurt bases and real fruit squirts for a full refund (excluding shipping/handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Any undelivered or refused shipment after the package had been shipped, we will only refund the full cost of the products we received back minus any shipping/handling charged. Any FREE shipping/handling orders returned to us will be charge $9.99 fee. We regret that we cannot issue a refund or return on any used or opened yogurt bases and real fruit squirts based on health and security reasons.

We are not liable for any duty, tax, etc. being charged by your local government if the product shipped outside the U.S. In the event of the return, customer should contact their local government agencies for refund of duties/taxes.

Any FREE! or special bundle items must be return together in order to receive a refund. Otherwise you may be charge full retail price on any items not return to us.

However due to some unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your products should you find any defects due to i.e. shipping or mishandling, missing or incorrect items ordered and we will arrange an immediate replacement to you.

All returns packaging must be clearly mark with a return authorized no. provided by our customer service personnel in order for us to clearly identified and issue a proper credit to your account. At this moment we regret that we cannot accept any return at our in-store location. All credit should be issue within 14 days upon receipt or your returns. Due to high call volume, we suggest you call us after 14 - 21 days to check on your status of your refund should you not receive it by then.

Warranty: All our Easiyo Yogurt Makers come with a full year guarantee from the date of purchase. Should you encounter a defect Yogurt Maker within the time period, please do not hesitate to call us at (909) 595 6780 to get a replacement.
