It is a full-cream, plain yogurt that is ideal for growing children, active energetic people and the elderly, who all require good sources of absorbable calcium, protein and all the trace elements found in milk fat. All Natural No Preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilisers or other artificial ingredients. Non GM (genetically modified), Wheat & Gluten Free, Halal Certified, Low GI (Glycemic index). Unsweetened Just sweeten to your taste with 2-4 tbsp sugar, honey (melted), icing sugar, sugar-substitute or with your favorite EASIYO Real Fruit Squirt. Ingredients Pasteurised whole & skim milk solids(98%) from free range cows, live lactic cultures (l.bulgaricus, s.thermophilus, l.acidophilus). contains natural lecithin derived from soybean.

Naturl Yogurt Base & Culture Oct 17, 2009
The yogurt was creamy & delicious but I did have an allergic reaction to it as I am sensitive to most foods but my daughter & grandsons really enjoyed eating it.

This makes a delicious yoghurt which happens to be all natural, a plus in my book. It is sweet, creamy and can be eaten with little or no embellishment it is that good. I have also used it as a starter to make my own yoghurt with successful results.

I'm new to the yogurt making arena, but have to say our first batch with Easlyo Natural Yogurt starter was absolutely perfect...wife and daughter were amazed! I'll be ordering more very soon and looking to try the Greek variety also. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

The Very Best Yogurt You Can Easily Make at Home! Sep 21, 2009

Other than traveling to Greece or New Zealand for perfect, natural, organic yogurt, the EasiYo yogurt-maker is the best deal. It really IS easy! 3 quick steps, wait a few hours, and you have it. Delicious! Healthy! Homemade! No detailed heating and measuring & testing temperatures. Just 1. put the dry starter base in the container, 2. fill with cold water & shake well, 3. put the container in the thermos & fill thermos with boiling water. That's it! In 6-8 hours, you can start enjoying fresh, organic yogurt. A child could do it. My only concern is that the dry starter base is a bit expensive, but I buy 4-6 at a time, to save on shipping. Natural & Greek style are my favorites!

I've used this with the Easiyo yogurt maker and it's wonderful! It's so rich and creamy my husband will eat it. Yes, it's pricey, but remember you don't need milk and it's available 4-for-3 if you order it from Amazon--just go to "other buying options" on the right of this page near "add to cart." Keeping that in mind, it's about the same price as premium store-bought but much better. Not sure what the story is with the long ship time--they must've just run out of stock.
